About The Teen Revival Project
My Background
After teaching high school for over 24 years, I have built strong relationships with students that last a lifetime. Being connected to my students is extremely important to me. I realized rather quickly that teens need mentors outside of school to help with more than just academics. I have a natural ability to reach teens in a way most people can't, through empathy and mutual respect.
My Approach
I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. My approach is centered around helping my young clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore their inner world and work towards their desired outcomes.

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions online and in certain circumstances, in person. My areas of expertise include stress management in and out of school, help with academics, sports and life. I am a certified English teacher as well.
